Returns & Exchanges

At Pike Merch, we want you to love your new gear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
